SHIPPING INFORMATION: We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2-3 Day Express, USPS Priority and USPS 2-3 Express Delivery. We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. Express deliveries will depend on your area and can not be guaranteed. Please note that some items such as chairs are far too large for express shipping and can only be shipped ground.
For expediated and special deliveries, please include detailed instructions in the comments/instructions section during online ordering. We will contact you via e-mail or phone if we have any additional questions or if the item is not available for expediated shipping.
International Customers: We can ship most of our products internationally (Excludes all Herman Miller products). The Standard shipment method is USPS Parcel Post Airmail with an average delivery time of 1-2 weeks (depending on customs). UPS, FedEx, DHL and other shippers can be used but generally charge 2-3 times more.
RETURNS: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from our store or website (starting from the invoice date and excluding custom sized, special clearance, auction or discounted items). Simply return the item in the original packaging in new condition for a refund of the product price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. For hygienic reasons, we ask that pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers be unopened. Once opened these items can not be returned for a refund. If no shipping charges were charged on the original invoice (due to a free shipping offer) the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. No questions asked!
When returning an item, please complete the Return/Exchange Form and be sure to include a copy of the original dated invoice and credit card receipt. Please write the complete credit card number and expiration date on the receipt or return form. Also include a short, signed note of what you would like us to do. Custom sized orders can not be returned or canceled. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance. Items received after the 30 day return period will not be accepted for return.
Any applicable product warranty problem, repair or replacement is handled directly through the manufacturer of the product and not through Advanced Viscoelastic Mattress Foam Bedding Products. If you decide to return a product that needs warranty work, all warranty work must be done before returning it to Advanced Viscoelastic Mattress Foam Bedding Products for a refund under our normal policy. If an order is refused for delivery or an order is canceled after it has already been shipped, two shipping fees will be deducted prior to refunding since we are billed shipping both ways from the shipping company. Items that are returned soiled, dirty or smelling like smoke can not be accepted for return or exchange.
The above policies are binding on all orders and can not be changed verbally by phone or written by e-mail. To avoid any confusion, customer service representatives can not change these policies.
